This painting is Inspired by one of the most colourful glacial lakes in the Canadian Rockies. Peyto Lake is located in Banff National Park and it is famous for its brilliant aqua colour which is created by the meltwater from the Wapta Glacier. Surrounded by forests and amazing mountains, Peyto Lake creates a peaceful landscape that you can dive into every time you look at it.

I express the beauty, emptiness, rawness, and sheer power of nature by using oil paint. I combine expressive brushstrokes with the impasto technique to create uplifting and magical scenarios. 

   I personally guarantee that this painting will last for many years to come. I use nothing but the highest grade archival materials in creating this artwork to ensure that this painting is ready to withstand the ages. All of my Originals come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
