  • Do you offer a refund?

We have a 14-day return policy on eligible products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can find out more about the Refund Policy here.

    Originals & Commissions (not eligible)

All original purchases are final and customised, therefore, due to the bespoke nature of a commission originals are not eligible for a return. However, I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase and can offer up to 2 revisions for commissioned artwork.  I am confident that you will love your new artwork and I am committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy!

Fine Art Prints and Canvas Prints (eligibility varies): All our prints are made to order, they are very delicate (one could say extremely). Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

  • Can I Commission A Custom Piece?

My commissions for 2023 are currently open. Please submit your request in the commission form and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

  • What types of custom paintings do you do?

Through my years of practice I’ve painted a wide variety of subjects. These days I especially love painting landscapes.

  • How long does a commission take?

The timing varies for each painting due to the size and complexity as well as my current schedule. If you have a specific event or date that you’d like a painting for, I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs. We can discuss this on a call.

  • Border Sizes?

All prints include a 1” white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting if desired. The size listed in the product description is the final size of the artwork. The artwork itself is printed a bit smaller than the final product size.

  • What Is The Best Way To Contact You?

If you have a query about your purchase, please be sure to submit a form through the contact page. I receive many DMs daily and if you are following up there, it is likely I may miss it!

  • Can I Purchase Through My Currency?

You sure can! Prices are listed in British pounds, but this will automatically convert to your currency after payment.

  • Will I Get A Certificate Of Authenticity?

Originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity.

  • Will My Print Be Hand-Signed?

Unfortunately, open edition prints do not arrive hand-signed. The original signature is on the fine art print. Only limited editions and originals are signed to preserve the integrity of works that increase in value over time.

  • Do you have a gallery that we can come see your work?

Not yet! My studio is currently in my home. However, I have plans to one day have a public space for people to visit!

  • Upcoming Exhibition Events?

I do participate in Exhibitions and Gallery events in London, where you could meet me and see my work. To get more information on dates and times you could simply subscribe to my emailing list.

  • Did you take lessons/go to college for art or are you self taught?

I studied iconography at the National Hight School of Fine Arts and I have completed an HND degree with Art & Design in 2021.

  • Is it hard for you to let go of your original paintings?

My paintings are part of me, they represent what is in my heart and mind. But, It makes me really happy when someone loves and appreciates my art enough to make it a part of their home.

  • Customer Privacy?

Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Simona Nedeva  artwork related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Do you varnish your paintings?

I do, I love Gamvar gloss varnish by Gamblin. I usually apply a thin layer of varnish onto the canvas with a flat brush and I like to give the painting extra protection with two coats. I also like Winsor & Newton Satin Varnish. Depending on the work I create, I decide which one is more suitable.
